CDMA 800 MHz ဖုန္းမ်ားကို တစ္ႏိုင္ငံလံုး နယ္ေျမ အကန္႔အသတ္မဲ့ အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ရန္ 450 MHz ဟန္းဆက္မ်ားတြင္ ထည့္သြင္း၍ အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္

ရန္ကုန္ မႏၱေလး တိုင္းေဒသၾကီးမ်ားတြင္သာ စတင္ ခ်ေပးခဲ့ေသာ CDMA 800 MHz ဖုန္းမ်ားကို  တစ္ႏိုင္ငံလံုးတြင္ အသံုးျပဳခြင့္ ခ်ေပးျပီးေနာက္ ဒီဇင္ဘာလ ၁၀ ရက္ေန႔မွ စ၍ တစ္ႏိုင္ငံလံုးသို႔ အဆိုပါ 800 MHz ဖုန္းမ်ားကို သယ္ေဆာင္ အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ျပီ ျဖစ္ျပီး ထိုသို႔ အသံုးျပဳရာတြင္ CDMA 450 MHz သံုး
ဟန္းဆက္မ်ားတြင္ ထည့္သြင္း သယ္ေဆာင္ အသံုးျပဳ ရမည္ ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ျမန္မာ့ဆက္သြယ္ေရး လုပ္ငန္းမွ ၾကားသိရသည္။

မူရင္း ခ်ေပးထားေသာ ေဒသတြင္ပင္ အသံုးျပဳမည္ ဆိုပါက 800 MHz ဟန္းဆက္ႏွင့္ပင္
အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ျပီး ဖုန္းေခၚဆိုခ တစ္မိနစ္လွ်င္ ၅၀ က်ပ္ က်သင့္မည္ ျဖစ္ကာ က်န္
ျပည္နယ္ႏွင့္ တိုင္းေဒသၾကီးမ်ားတြင္မူ ၆၀ က်ပ္ က်သင့္မည္ဟု သိရသည္။
ဖုန္းေငြျဖည့္ကပ္မွာလည္း 450 ႏွင့္ 800 ဖုန္းမ်ား အေနျဖင့္ အျပန္အလွန္ လဲလွယ္
အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္မည္ ျဖစ္ျပီး ဟန္းဆက္ေျပာင္းလဲ အသံုးျပဳ ျပီးေနာက္တြင္လည္း
လက္က်န္ေငြကို ဆက္လက္ အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ရန္ စီစဥ္ထားေၾကာင္း သိရွိရသည္။

ထိုသို႔ 800 MHz ဖုန္းမ်ားကို အျခား နယ္ျမိဳ႔မ်ားသို႔ ယူသြားေသာ အခါတြင္မွသာ
450 MHz ဟန္းဆက္မ်ား အတြင္းသို႔ ထည့္သြင္း အသံုးျပဳ သင့္ေၾကာင္း ၊ အဘယ့္ေၾကာင့္
ဆိုေသာ္ အဆိုပါ 800 MHz ဖုန္းမ်ားကို အမ်ားဆံုး ခ်ေပးထားေသာ ရန္ကုန္ျမိဳ႔ႏွင့္
မႏၱေလးျမိဳ႔တို႔တြင္ 450 ဖုန္းမ်ား အလြန္မ်ားျပားလာမွဳေၾကာင့္
အထူးလိုင္းၾကပ္ေနေၾကာင္း ၊ ထို႔ေၾကာင့္ 450 ဟန္းဆက္ကို ေျပာင္းလဲ၍ ရန္ကုန္
မႏၱေလး ျမိဳ႔မ်ား၌ သံုးမည္ဆိုပါက ပို၍ လိုင္းၾကပ္သြားေစမည္ ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း
ေခ်ာ္တြင္းကုန္းမီးပြိဳင့္ အနီးတြင္ ဖြင့္လွစ္ထားေသာ ဟန္းဆက္အေရာင္းဆိုင္
တစ္ခုမွ CDMA ဖုန္းကြ်မ္းက်င္ ၀န္ထမ္းတစ္ဦးက *mmDailyNews *သို႔ ေျပာျပခဲ့သည္။

ထို႔အျပင္ အဆိုပါ ဖုန္းမ်ား၏ နံပါတ္မ်ား ေရွ႔တြင္ ထည့္သြင္း အသံုးျပဳေနရေသာ
ရန္ကုန္ဖုန္းမ်ားအတြက္ ၀၁xxxxxx ၊ မႏၱေလးဖုန္းမ်ား အတြက္ ၀၂xxxxx စသည့္ Areal
Code မ်ားကို ၀၉xxxxxxx အျဖစ္သို႔ မၾကာမီ ေျပာင္းလဲေပးသြားမည္ဟု ရတနာပံု
တယ္လီပို႔မွ ၾကားသိရသည္။

မႏၱေလးျမိဳ႔မ်ားတြင္ အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္သည္အထိ ကြန္ရက္ တိုးခ်ဲ့ေပးခဲ့ျခင္း ျဖစ္ျပီး
ယခုအခါ ေနျပည္ေတာ္ဖုန္းဟု လူသိမ်ားေသာ CDMA 450 MHz ဖုန္းမ်ား နည္းတူ
တစ္ႏိုင္ငံလံုးသို႔ သယ္ေဆာင္ အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ခြင့္ ခ်ေပးခဲ့ျခင္း ျဖစ္သည္။

ေနျပည္ေတာ္၌ ဖုန္းအမ်ဳိးအစား အားလံုးအသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ရန္ ေဆာင္ရြက္မည္ဟုဆို ေနျပည္ေတာ္၌ ဖုန္းအမ်ဳိးအစား စနစ္အားလံုးအသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ရန္ ေဆာင္ရြက္သြားမည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ၿမန္မာ့ဆက္သြယ္ေရးလုပ္ငန္း၊ သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္ႏွင့္နည္းပညာဌာန

450MHz  နဲ႔ ေနရာတခ်ဳိ႕မွာ  GSM ေတြ အသံုးျပဳႏုိင္ၿပီ။ CDMA 800 MHz ဖုန္း ေတြလည္း အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ဖို႔ ေဆာင္ရြက္မွာပါ”” ဟု ၄င္းက ေျပာျပသည္။

ဆက္သြယ္ေရး၊ စာတိုက္ႏွင့္ ေၾကးနန္း၀န္ႀကီးဌာနအေနျဖင့္ ျမန္မာ့ဆက္သြယ္ေရး က႑တိုးတက္ေစရန္ အတြက္ ႏွစ္ ၃၀ ႏွစ္ရွည္စီမံကိန္းမ်ား ခ်မွတ္ေဆာင္ရြက္လ်က္ရွိရာ တယ္လီဖုန္းလုပ္ငန္း၊ ေၾကးနန္းလုပ္ငန္း၊ စာပို႔လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားအတြက္ သီးျခားရည္မွန္းခ်က္မ်ားထားရွိ ေဆာင္ရြက္ေၾကာင္း  ျမန္မာ့ဆက္သြယ္ေရးလုပ္ငန္းမွ သိရွိရသည္။ ေနျပည္ေတာ္၌ ၀၉၄၉ ျဖင့္ စေသာ က်ပ္ငါးသိန္းတန္ CDMA 450 MHz ဖုန္းအမ်ဳိးအစား အသံုးျပဳမႈ စတင္တြင္က်ယ္ခဲ့ၿပီး ၄င္းဖုန္းမ်ားကို ျမန္မာတစ္ႏုိင္ငံလံုး သယ္ယူအသံုးျပဳႏုိင္ရန္ ၂၀၁၀စက္တင္ဘာလ ၁ ရက္မွ စတင္၍လုိင္းဖြင့္ေပးခဲ့ေၾကာင္း ႏို၀င္ဘာလ ၅ရက္မွစၿပီး ေနရာအခ်ဳိ႕တြင္ GSM မိုဘိုင္းမ်ား စတင္အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ခဲ့ရာ ထိုသို႔အသံုးျပဳႏုိင္ရန္အတြက္ GSM BTS ေရဒီယိုစခန္း ၁၁ ခုကို တည္ေဆာက္ခဲ့ၿပီး ဆက္လက္တိုးခ်ဲ႕လ်က္ရွိေၾကာင္း သိရသည္။
