2010 ခုႏွစ္ November လအတြင္း ကမာၻတစ္၀န္း Gmail အသံုးျပဳသူ သန္းေပါင္း 176 သန္းေက်ာ္ ရွိခဲ့ပါတယ္
၀န္ေဆာင္မႈ႕ နဲ႕ တြဲဘက္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္မ်ား ေကာင္းမြန္းလာေသာေၾကာင့္ ယေန႕ ကမာၻ႕လူသံုး အမ်ားဆံုး email တစ္ခု ျဖစ္ေနဆဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္ ။

Gmail ရဲ႕ ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈ႕ေတြထဲမွာ 2010 April လက (ကၽြန္ေတာ္ေရးတင္ခဲ့ျပီးသား)စတင္တဲ့ Verify with personal Data Action အားထည့္သြင္းခဲ့ျပီး Gmail သက္တမ္းတစ္ေလွ်ာက္မွာ ေတာ့ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တို႕ အႏွစ္သက္ဆံုး အခ်က္လို႕ ေျပာႏိုင္ပါတဲ့ Recovery Option ေၾကာင့္ လံုျခံဳမႈ႕ ရွိလာတဲ့ ထိပ္တန္း email အမည္တစ္ခု ျဖစ္လာပါတယ္  ။
သိရွိျပီးသား သူမ်ားရွိေသာ္လည္း မသိရွိေသးေသာ သူမ်ား အတြက္ေတာ့ ဒီဘေလာ့က အက်ဳိးရွိမယ္ထင္ပါတယ္ ။ အဆင့္ဆင့္ရွင္းလင္းေအာင္ ၾကိဳးစား ေရးသားေပးပါတယ္ ။

မိမိ ပိုင္ဆိုင္တဲ့ email အေကာင့္အတြက္ သူတစ္ပါး အလြဲသံုးစားယူသံုးမယ္ ၊ Phasing နည္းပညာ (Hacking) အသံုးျပီး မိမိပိုင္အေကာင့္အား ခိုးယူသံုူးစြဲမယ္ဆိုပါက ျပန္လည္ရယူေသာ နည္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္ ။ ျပဳလုပ္ပံုမွာေအာက္ပါ အတိုင္းျဖစ္သည္ ။

  1. မိမိ gmail ကို ဖြင့္ပါ ၊ Setting ကို ကလစ္ပါ ၊ ထိုမွတစ္ဆင့္ Setting စာမ်က္ႏွာရွိ Account and Import ေနရာကို ရွာကလစ္ပါ ျပီးက Google Account Setting ကို ကလစ္ရန္လိုပါတယ္  ေအာက္ပါ ပံုကို ၾကည့္ပါ ။


အထက္ပါအတိုင္း တစ္ဆင့္ဆီကလစ္သြားပါ

2. Google Account Setting အား ကလစ္ပီးပါက ေနာက္စာမ်က္ႏွာတစ္ခု ပြင့္လာမည္ျဖစ္ျပီး သင့္ကိုယ္ပိုင္ Profile                                      အား ေတြ႕ပါလိမ့္မည္ ထို စာမ်က္ႏွာတြင္ Password Recovery Option အားကလစ္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္ ေအာက္ပါပံုကိုၾကည့္ပါ 

အထက္ပါေနရာ ကလစ္ျပီးပါက ေအာက္ပါ အဆင့္ကို လုပ္ပါ ။

3. ထိုေနရာကို ကလစ္ျပီးပါက ေရာက္ရွိမည့္ စာမ်က္ႏွာတြင္ Secondary Email လိပ္စာ ႏွင့္ ဖုန္းနံပတ္အား ေသခ်ာစြာ                                      မွတ္သားျပီး ျဖည့္စြက္ထားရန္လိုအပ္ပါတယ္ ထိုသို႕ျဖည့္စြက္ထားရမည့္ ေနရာမ်ားကို ေအာက္ပါ ပံုအမွတ္ ၃ အား                                            ၾကည့္၍ ေသခ်ာရန္လုပ္ထားဖို႕လိုအပ္ပါတယ္ ။

ထို ပံုအရ Your Recovery Email Address ေနရာမွာ သင္စိတ္ခ် ရတဲ့ ကိုယ္ပိုင္ အေကာင့္ 1 ခုအား ထပ္မံျဖည့္စြက္ရမည္ ။
ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံအတြက္ ဖုန္းျဖင့္၀န္ေဆာင္မႈ႕ေပးေသာ Recovery လုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္မရွိေသာ္လည္း ႏိုင္ငံတစ္ကာရွိ Mobile Phone ရွိေသာသူမ်ားအတြက္မူ ဖုန္းနံပတ္ေနရာတြင္ တိုင္းျပည္ကုတ္ႏွင့္ မွန္ေအာင္ျဖည့္စြက္ႏိုင္ပါက အလံုျခံဳဆံုးျဖစ္ပါတယ္ခင္ဗ်ာ။

ထို အဆင့္ မ်ားလုပ္ေဆာင္ျပီးပါက Save လုပ္ရန္လိုပါတယ္
ျပီးပါက သင့္ email အတြက္ တစ္ေယာက္ေယာက္ ခုိးယူသံုးစြဲျခင္း ၊ မသမာေသာနည္းျဖင့္ အေကာင့္အား သံုးစြဲေနျခင္းရွိလာပါက
အခ်ိန္မေရြး ျပန္လည္ရယူ ႏိုင္မည္ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္ ။ သင္ေနထိုင္ေသာ ေနရာေဒသ မဟုတ္ပဲ တစ္ျခားေနရာတြင္ အေကာင့္အား
Password ေျပာင္းလိုက္မည္ဆိုပါ က သင္အသံုးျပဳသည္ႏွင့္တစ္ျပိဳင္နက္ သင့္ထံ အသိေပး မည္ျဖစ္ပါတယ္ ။

သင့္ ဒုတိယ email ႏွင့္ ဖုန္း SMS သို႕ ထဲသို႕ Verify Number မ်ား ပို႕ေသာအခါ သင္မွတ္သားထားရန္လိုအပ္ပါတယ္
